Mshtml.dll Error

Ever since Sept of 2006 I get an error mshtml.dll I have done almost
absolutly everything known to man. the past 3 weeks I have reinstalled my pc
with a clean format of disk including all updates with very limited programs.
I get this error AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName:
mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.3020 Offset: 0006ccf7 sometimes I'll get a different
offset numbers. I have done everything with patches and microsofts Hotfix of
a registry file name to enable active or unable active.

Hi Bill,
If this happened on anew install then may be you have a bad RAM on your
computer so try to test the RAM or Swap them around and see if that will help.
Again did check for malwares and Viruese on your computer by scanning.
Try to update and get the latest Security patches from MS that may help
eliminate it, also try to Disable Third-Party browser under the Advanced Tab
and then reregister that DLL by typing this in the Run command:
regsvr32 mshtml.dll click [OK] and Reboot your machine and see.

Hey guys what does the RAM have to do with Internet Explorer when other
programs that support IE run with no errors before I download this helpful
tool I have All patches maybe to many as well it's ever since Sept I get this
error. and I have done all that stuff third party extensions and I want to
resolve this before IE 7 cause it was doing it there too. Both memory cards
match both in slot 1 and 2 of 3 slots 1 gig of ram except one date is newer
than the other.

Investigating for yourself might be the best way.. Post your results..
If your RAM checks out then it can just be ruled out as a possible
contributing factor, I'm sure that's how nass may have felt about it..?
Remember, we can't see your system or know all the numerous contributing
factors that you're familiar with on a day to day basis..

ok sride6 on half of the passes on both cards, what I did is switched them
around they don't match one is double one is single I went and ordered 2
hyper x
that match and will install them. Let's say I put these new ones in and I
still get this error then to me it's an IE6 problem as I stated before I have
all the required patches just maybe to many Viruse protection runs everyday
spyware is cleaned every day I have had this sytem built for almost 4 years
and ever since sept I have been getting Mshtml.dll I was getting in Oct a
Kernel32.dll not anymore since I reformated the disk for the 3rd time this
seems to happen after all sp2 is loaded

Well Bill let cross our fingers, it is just RAM nothing else.
That can happen if you have installed Third-party Softwares they can
contribute to that issue, yes MS updates have it's own moment but for reason
not just random, try to slipstream the SP2 into your XP CD and if the worse
came to the worse (new install) then you have SP2 installed and there is no
other excuses just stay away from badly written applications that can cause
this issue.
Does your system get Overheated?.
Do you have other Toolbars installed on your browser?.

Nope been steady I feel like I have been rebuilding this pc again lol New
graphics card in November New pc fan and now memory cards on the way is there
a way to check the ram of Motherboard with no memory cards? No tool bars
just your basic IE Browser add ons are shut off, but I do remember
reinstalling Windows on a clean format of disk and disk has no errors, when
loading the SP2 in I had a pop up saying memory leak. I can say this I found
that stride6 has to do with timing and voltage is this correct. I know more
than I did 3 years ago and the I see this in a way of a learning experience.
I'm kinda glad it's happening now and not around the holidays with running an
ebay store, and thats all I goto is ebay no where else. I see that the
memory doesn't match which was my first problem.
