Hi Group
I was told by MS Support that the MS bluetooth Keyboard would work under
win2003
however when I try to install the drivers, it says the system is not WinXP..
if I take the setup.exe and check "win compadibility mode winXP" then it
gets past this but then detects that's I'm not running Win XP SP1 on my
Win2003 server...
if I bypass installing the software first and just plug in the blue tooth
adapter via USB, Win2003 finds it then prompts for the driver, install the
disk then the driver install fails.. I thought the Win32 driver model
allowed drivers written for WinXP to work on Win2003 to work without any
modifications.. I also thought that Win2003 had built in Bluetooth support.
I find it ironic that an MS keyboard, doesn't work with there Newest OS.
Ideas? suggestions?
thanks
Kev
