msdos printing in XP/2000

i connect panasonic kxp1121 to a epsx3 printserver.i only
able to print when im using local administrator.i cant
print when im connected to a domain on my office network
and even my access right is administrator.
how do i print in msdos when im connected to my off
network (domain)..

i have done that before i post my msg here.. the results :
able to print from ms-dos only when i log in as local
administrator.what abt another userID that has same access
right but on a domain network ?
PLS HELP.THANKS.
