MSDN Universal question

I have an MSDN universal subscription. Is there any way I can add a second
passport login for a recently aquired business partner I took on? I really
don't want to give them my login information!

I'm not an MSDN expert, but I would presume that if you had an individual MSDN subscription, then that subscription is licensed per developer.

If you want to add your business partner, then I imagine you would need a separate subscription(s) for them.
 
Not from what I've seen. You register one Passport and that's it.

If you want to go the route to allow your business partner access, create
another "generic" passport that both of you can use and reassign your MSDN
to that passport instead.
