MSDN site timing out

Is it just me or is everyone having problems with the MSDN site
today? It keeps timing out.

http://msdn.microsoft.com

I've tried from:
Oak Ridge, TN
A proxy through our company net via Frederick, VA
A proxy through our company net via Houston, TX
Remote controlling my own server from Houston, TX

I get the same response (or lack there of) from each computer and each
location.

Timing out for me also in Southern Calfiornia.

Also:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/account/ManageSubscription.aspx is
timing out.
Even http://msdn2.microsoft.com seems to be down. I'm guessing MS has a
bunch of issues going on with some servers right now.
