I haven't been able to sign into MSDN for a couple of days. Message says
there's a problem with the Passport network. Anyone else experiencing this?

Fine here. No issues.

Delete all Microsoft cookies. You'll be able to sign on normally (you'll
need to retype your full ID/pw, though).

It's because they're slowly rolling out Windows Live ID as much as they can
over the last few days. As Pierre said, delete all cookies and temp. files
etc. and try again. If it keeps screwing up, give us another shout.
