Got an error message from Norton System Works that "mscoree.dll" was a
missing file. Downloaded it from the web. What file folder should the file
be put under?

Thanks

Mscoree.dll is part of the .NET framework for Windows.
Go to Add/Remove and remove the .NET framework there.
To reinstall .NET Framework go to:
www.microsoft.com/net or from the Windows Update Site.
