MSconfing doesn't work.

Hi to all.

I just made a Xpe build fully working apart the Msconfig component.

Inside the build i have

-"MS config support utility"

In this build i only used the administration account , when i type
msconfig.exe i got prompted by a message saying "U are not autorized ,
please log in with administration account ".

This is kinda strange becouse i'm already logged as administrator.

Any advice about?
