For some reason I cannot get to run Msconfig. Everytime I
click OK there's a quick flash but no msconfig window.
Did I do something wrong? How can I correct this?

Help !!

There are at least a couple viruses out there that will cause this
behavior. Is your AV up to date? Run one of the online virus scans
such as the one at http://securityresponce.symantec.com
 
Youre typeing MsConfig in run,then click the run button w/o results
If so,type:cm
in cmd type:Sfc /Scanno
When the graph starts install xp cd,exit the info page,when the grap
is thru remove xp cd,then type:CHKDSK C: /
Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer.
