After u run msconfig, in the startup tab, there are some
applications that i have uninstall already.How do i
remove the name from the startup item?

Uncheck the items. The disabled startup items are moved here:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg]
