msconfig

I am having some problems with the computer.
I click on Start, then Run, and type in MSCONFIG- but
nothing happens. I am the administrator so it's not that.
Can any one help

Hi Mike,

How about if you try to open Task Manager (ctrl+shift+escape)? Does the same
thing happen (meaning nothing or a flash)? If so, then you likely have a
virus, and can use the emergency tools from MVP Doug Knox while you clean
things up. See:

you have entered msconfig?
