Recently I was victim to a worm that came with an unreal
patch. The worm was a keystroke logger that unabled me to
use taskmanager and msconfig. I removed the worm which
allowed me to use taskmanager but I still can't use
msconfig. Please Help Me!


error message: "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact
your system administrator."
 
Hi, sounds like you need to enter setup and set the
administrator to full access. To enter setup, press
delete key while system is booting. Good Luck
