J JeffO Sep 12, 2003 #2 If you can get access to a Windows XP machine, copy msconfig from: C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\ and copy it to the Windows 2000 machine at: C:\WINNT\System32\
