How to run mscong in window 2000, ot is there another way
artto get to the service start up? Do you have a link to
dowloand the msconfig patch? Thank you for the help.
 
MSCONFIG.EXE is not included in Windows 2000, however you should be able to
take a copy of it from an XP machine onto the W2K one and it should work.
