msconfig wont open

when i try to open msconfig it will only open for a
second and close this also happens when i try to open the
task manger.I am the only one who uses the pc.
thanks any idears.

I would suggest you go to www.symantec.com and do an
online scan of your PC as there is a couple of viruses/worms
that give exactly that problem.
There are fixes for them also at symantecs site.
ctrl + alt + del window can also be affected.
