I'm having a problem with the netwaiting program(MOH.exe), it runs my
processor usage up to 50% and stays there. I contacted vendor tech support
about this and they suggested I disable all background programs by going
into msconfig and unchecking the "Load Startup Group Items". When I went to
the run utility and typed in "msconfig" I received the following error
message:
"Cannot find the file 'msconfig' (or one of its components). Make sure the
path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are
available."
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do to remedy this? I have
already run sfc /scannow and didn't receive any error messages.
I'm running Win2000 Pro updated to SP4.
Thanks!
