everytime i adjust my startup tab removing things they
they comeback after a few reboots...

the first reboot the programs do not starup but later
they come back all of them.

what do i do?

The only time I've experienced this is when there's adware/spyware
buried in my computer, which keeps setting itself up in the startup
list to run. If you haven't already done so, run a anti-spyware program,
like Spybot Search and Destroy (free) to clean it off.
