Msconfig in win2k?

Is there a msconfig type console in win2k pro? basicly im
wanting to beable to disable things that start up on boot
up. msconfig was simple and straight foward but doesn't
seem to be part of win2k unless im just blind and missing
something here. Any help would be greatly apperciated.
