Msconfig File

My computer crashed and I lost the file"Msconfig" that I downloaded from a
web site . The file is the one used by windows XP and when put into Win 2000
makes managing start up files a joy instead of a pain.. Anyone who knows of
the web site where the file can be obtained, I sure would appreciate your
telling me.
