I have an external HD that I am trying to use - it was set
up successfuly initially but now every time I go to use
the drive, I end up getting a Code 10 - drive unable to
start message. So I went to the HD manufacturer's FAQ and
found that I am supposed to use msconfig.exe. An online
chat with the tech support folks at this manufacturer
confirmed this, saying that while msconfig is not found
per se in Win 2000, I can use the Win 98 or Win XP version
of it. But they could not tell me how to go about getting
a copy of msconfig.exe and I have found nothing under the
download section on Microsoft.com.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks!
