This is normal, Diggy. BHOs never show-up in MSCONFIG. BHOs load with each instance of Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer [invoked *only* when you launch IE/Windows Explorer *and* with the third-party browser extensions enabled in the Internet Options, Advanced Tab] and runs with the same memory space as IE. Again, it loads dynamically and won't remain in memory all the time. Closes itself when the browser is closed.
Related: To see or disable what BHOs are loaded by Internet Explorer, get any of these tools:

The MSCONFIG startup tab shows everything in the two RUN keys except these
two BHOs. So BHOs never show up in MSCONFIG?

Thanks for posting
You mean, none of the items under RUN are displayed in the Startup tab? And
what are the BHOs listed [which you mentioned]

Diggy,
Interesting!
Can you post the REG export of HKLM RUN keys? Me, curious too.

Just curious here, but, why doesn't MSCONFIG.EXE show everything that is in
the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" key?
I thought it did until I took a look myself and saw a couple guys hiding in
there.
