MSChart control and C#

Hi,

I have a question regarding using the MSChart control in Visual C#
Standard 2003. I understand that you can add it to the Toolbox and use
it like any other control-- the problem I'm having is that the control
isn't on my system at all, so I can't add a reference to it.
mschrt20.ocx isn't anywhere on my harddrive. Is it true that C#, at
least this version of it, does not come with the MS Chart control on
the CD? Or did I just have bad luck and get a bogus CD? I've looked at
other systems which have VB.NET Standard 2003 installed and they do
have the control, it seems as if it only comes with VB nowadays.

If that's the case, is it legal to copy the control and distribute it
with my applications if I haven't technically paid for it by buying
VB.NET?

MS chart control gets installed with MS Office. Here's a very good free
chart control.
