Under Vista mscdex/mscdexnt fails dos cdaudio support for games who need it
(e.g. Tomb Raider 1) as it's obsolete and IOCTL codes are now out of use.
Same goes for mscdexnt replacement, sapucdex which was born just to make for
mscdexnt's limitations and in fact worked... with WinXP. Sapucdex relies on
ioctl as well, so it's also gone.
Aside from emulation via Dosbox (which actually can make it using SDL calls)
has someone any clue what other mscdexnt/sapucdex replacement could be used
to have cdaudio tracks access and routing to Windows, or any other ideas
about it ?
Thx

Does VDOS32 (successor to GliDOS) support CD Audio for TR1? You may
want to ask the author of GliDOS.
