Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I was wondering how do I
get rid even though I have run and cleared it once before with ad aware and
spybot. any sites I should avoid to stop me getting it

MSBB.EXE (spyware variety) is NCase. There is a file MSBB.EXE that is related to the Microsoft Broadband Networking hardware, and is legitimate. The best way to avoid NCase is to read the little box that pops up and says, "Do you want to install", when you visit a web page. Some 3rd party software, that is "AdWare" or advertising supported, will install it, or similar stuff as well.

Have you tried Spysweeper? I had the same.. linked up with ncase and it
cleared it all out for me.. AND it's FREE!! :-)

after you've successfully removed the offending adwear/spywear go to this
site
http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm
and install the registry edit. It is a filter that prevents know spywear,
driveby downloads etc being installed to your PC or written to your
registry.... I've had it installed on my WinXP pro PC for about a month with
excellent results.
