MSAS vs New Search Desktop

MSAS detected the following "High Risk" spyware after the
download installation of the new Windows Desktop Search
Utility, several file search add-ins and the MSN Search
Tool Bar and several:

To my knowledge the above represents a utility required
of the installation referenced, yet MSAS is recommending
that it be removed because it is a high risk. Should I
concur and allow it to be removed or should I opt
to "Always Ignore".
 
This looks like something I would ignore, but I haven't tested this
yet--will try to get to it later today.
 
No--sorry--I'm going to be at a Microsoft meeting from 10 'til 8 tonight. I
didn't get any time last evening to look at this 'cause I was at a committee
meeting 'til 8 and came home to find someone had thrown a large rock through
a couple of panes of tempered storm door on our back door. Lots of cleanup.
