MSAS is NOT RESPONDING 2

I have now tryed to install MSAS in a non default location but with the same
results. I sure hope the second beta of MSAS is not as messed up as this one.
Any more suggestions?

Yes i am running as an administrator.

please run mainly in a Administrator account to obtain updates and do system
