MSAS catches something trying to change internet settings

Whenever I log into this one account on this computer after MSAS loads it
catches something trying to change the internet settings to a lower than
normal level. I've scanned this hard drive with numerous anti-spyware/virus
utilities and from what I can see, it's clean. This thing keeps popping up
no matter what I do though.
