MSAS can not connect to internet

I have been unable to update MSAS on two different PCs
due to error, can not connect to internet. In fact
everything else on the two PCs connects to the internet
just fine. THIS APPEARS TO BE A BUG IN MSAS.
(1) Has anyone else seen this bug?
(2) Any idea for a solution other than reinstall lastest
version MSAS ?

Check whether Internet Expplorer and Outlook Express are not set to work
off-line. If so - turn them to work on-line, than try again to update MSAS.
