MSAntiSpyware and startups

I had a program which I used occasionally disabled in the
startup section of msconfig.
After installing MSAntiSpyware it kept popping up an alert
that it had allowed the program to be added to startup
list.
I would remove it in msconfig and Spyware would put it
back again after the next reboot.
MS should modify this to allow a "NO" rather than just
sticking them in.
