Hi all,

Is it got any viewer software for user that did't have
MsAccess to view the data that develope using MsAccess (97
and 2000)?

Please advice.
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

They have a viewer, but it requites you to generate the report to that
viewer before sending it. It kind makes sense, otherwise they would a
ms-access already.

The format is called snapshot. You can use that, or snd your reprots to
somting like the pdf format.

Either the snapshot viewer or the Access Runtime. You
need to have a setup routine installed from the
Developer's Version of Access.

Hi Nizam,

If Word and/or Excel are installed on the computers, you can access the
data (within limits) by using Microsoft Query (msqry32.exe), Word's
mailmerge system or Database field, or Excel's data capabilities.

But only Access can use Access forms, reports, etc.

Please respond in the newgroup and not by email.

BigRed,

How did you get the email address to show as
(e-mail address removed)? I made my first post
to google with an unused email address and within 2 days I had 20
spams and I
know it will just get worse.

Did you set up an email account with that email address, or is there a
place
in google where that information can be modified. I have searched
everywhere I
could think of in Google and had no success or answer in the FAQ's.

Any tip you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Weblink, or
whatever tip
you can provide.

Thanks,

Terry
