msaccess logo disabling

Hello,
How can I go about disabling the MSAccess logo when Access starts?

P.S MsAccess 2000.

Create a bmp file with the same name as your mdb file, in the same folder.
That will be displayed instead. You can make it a single pixel, so that it's
not obvious.
