MSACCESS.EXE - Application Error - The memory could not be read

When I try to run query or report in MS-Access 2000 on
Win2000 PC,I get en error message:
The instruction at 0x0924f765 referenced memory
at "0x0000000". The memory could not be read.

It works fine on Win98 PC.
