I get the following error:

Iexplore.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

With a detail like this:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.116 ModName:
ws2_32.dll ModVer: 5.0.2195.4874 Offset: 0000c097

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have updated everything I can think of.
 
Ran spybot and Adaware still have an issue, went through
several websites checking settings and it still doesn't
want to load, here is the funny part, if I open up
explorer and type a web address it works but if I click on
internet explorer it just errors out.

Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents. Most
of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything
yet.

Then go to http://forums.spywareinfo.com/

Just sign in, or post as a guest,and go to the Spyware and Hijackware
Removal Support section. Press "new topic", explain your problem, and
copy and paste the contents of the Hijack This log into your new message.
