From what I am understanding, machines with SP4 are not
affected but SP2 and SP3 are. However, after patching, a
scan of the system shows against MSSecure.XML shows that
SP4 machines have .dlls that are of the incorrect version
number.
1. What is the correct version for fp5awel.dll for SP4
2. If these machines are in fact up-to-date, can the
MSSecure.XML reflect this by noting the correct version
numbers for each SP.
3. If in fact the incorrect version of fp5awel.dll is
present on a SP4 machine, this means the patch may have
inappropriately installed on a SP4 machine.
4. Lastly, if this is an incorrect dll version, why is
the MS update site not picking up on it? Do they not also
use the same .db/.xml?
Thanks
