MS03-026 patch for RPC

I also have the same problem as Jaqueline. How can I
download this patch in a minute before my computer shuts
down? Is there a direct link to the patch or can I
download it to disk/cd on another computer (seems like MS
won't let me)? Any ideas out there?

This is an ISPthat i work for. We have hosted the file on our server, and it
might be a fast enough download to beat the 1 minute barrier ... hopefully.
