MS Works 6.0 label creation

I've been passed the job of overseeing a non-profit's database along with an
old copy of Works 4.0. I'm running XP, and have Works 6.0 (suites 2002).
The label template and printing function in 4.0 don't appear to work in 6.0.
Is there an update I need to get, or is 6.0 not capable of making mailing
labels from its databases? I've tried using 4.0 as is with mixed results.
Right now, it's locking up on me in the print process and shutting down. Is
this a Win95/XP compatibility problem?
