Ok I know this is not an MS Word forum, but as you guys seem clued up about
Excel, I thought some of you may be clued up about MS Word 98 too! So,
here's my problem...

I have a template document, which will be used over and over again but with
different details being changed in the document. Consequently I currently
have spaces in the document and fill them in as required.

Is there anyway I can open the template, and then MS Word ask me for each of
the individual gaps information? ie. the first space is labelled "name,"
second space labelled "age." Then, when i open the document, a little box
appears and says "name" which i type in, then "age" which i type in etc
etc....

As the document is quite long, it would be quicker to do it this way I
think!

Thanks

You might start here:

and while it never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable people in the XL
newsgroups are, I suspect you'd find more competent advice in the
microsoft.public.word.* newsgroups. If you're specifically looking for
Word98 information, the microsoft.public.mac.office.word newsgroup is
the one to post in.
