MS Word Table to Powerpoint for Mac -- Only Opens in All Caps Font

Copying MS Word tables (created with both upper and lower case fonts)
will only open in upper case (all caps) when copied to Powerpoint for
Mac 2004. Only seems to happen on one of our Macs while others will
open normally. Checked preferences in both PP and Word and appear to be
the same as other Macs in the office. Where else could we look?

Do you literally mean lower case fonts or do you mean lower case text?

What font's used, and is it available on the Mac?
If it's not available there, the Mac will have to substitute a different font
and might be picking one that has only uppercase text.
