Jeff

Recently, I have noticed that all my documents now have
these "border corners", like an L on each corner,
backward on the left side. This occurs in Print View, and
these "borders" print along with my document.
I am using Office XP.
Can anyone tell me how to delete these gobally?
Thanks.

G'Day Jeff,

I'm not sure why they're printing, but:

Tools > Options
View (Tab)
Print & Web layout options (2/3 down the tab
Text boundaries (Check box)
UNCHECK.

Let's know if it works.

Pat, I checked the Text Boundaries. It was Unchecked.
Still shows those corner boundaries. Any other leads?
Thanks.

If the L-shaped things print with your document, then they are usually
the result of installing East Asian language support. To remove, click
on Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office Tools | Microsoft Office
Language Settings | delete all East Asian languages from the "Enabled"
box. If that doesn't work, then in Windows XP click on Start | Control
Panel | Regional and Language Options | Languages | uncheck "Install
files for East Asian languages".
