MS Word document to Access Report

I have a group of letters in MS Word.
Want to make similar reports and use reports to print them.
I would love to import them in Access and make reports from them if I could,
and just insert some fields from queries I need.

Is there an easy way to reproduce those letters in Reports,
or have to reprint all text on report again?

It sounds as if you might be better off writing appropriate source
Queries in Access and then converting the letters into Word MailMerge
templates, getting their data from the Access Queries. There is no
even moderately straightforward way of converting a Word Document into
an Access Report template.
