A small problem but an irritation nonetheless. I am using MS Word 2003 and my default setting for the number of pages to print is stuck on (2) and I want it to print only (1) copy. I change it to 1 copy and the next time I use the print window it has reset itself to 2 copies. When I changed it to 1 I did use the apply feature to no avail.
Also, I have gone into Printers/Faxs Preferences and it does show that 1 copy per page is to be printed. HP says its the MS software at fault.
