Word MS Word 2003 and E-Mail

I am wondering if anyone can help me.. I am looking for information on how to enable the E-Mail Message option on the New Document Task Pane of MS Word 2003. I have two machines both have MS Word 2003 installed and MS Outlook 2003 installed - one machine has thie E-mail Message option on the new Document task pane and one does not.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who read my posting, but your assistance is no longer needed. I discovered how to get the E-Mail Message Option enabled in the New Document Task Pane.
