MS Wireless Multimedia Keyboard - Key reassignments don't work

This is a minor, irritating problem that I have been putting up with
forever. I have reassigned the F5 key to 'Refresh'. It shows in the control
panel key menu as refresh, but it does nothing. I have a wired keyboard
hooked up to the same XP SP2 PC, and the F5 key refreshes as it's supposed
to. Any ideas? I'm tired of going to the menu for the 'refresh' function -
Thanks for your help, IM

Are the Intellitype drivers installed????

Yes, latest!

Have you tried removing the Intellitype drivers and re-installing
after a reboot??? Make sure you "uninstall" the wired keyboard before
you "re-install" the Intellitype driver (only have the wireless
keyboard connected.) I have seen MS intelli drivers (both point and
type) "associate" themselves with the "wrong" hardware.
