MS Windows Media Video 9 VCM Codec

One of my PCs is missing the MS Windows Media Video 9 VCM
Codec and I'm unable to correctly download codecs. What
can I do to correct this? I've already reinstalled Media
Player 9.
 
I just found and installed the subject codec but it still
hasn't corrected my problem, so I figure this wasn't the
cause.
