MS Virtual Machine Options are Missing from the tools

Running XP, IE 6, SP2...........I used to have these options but they are
gone. How can I restore them. I found an article on restoring them in Windows
2000 but not sure that following those instructions would work for XP. Has
anyone had this problem b4 and were you able to restore the Virtual Machine
options?
 
The Microsoft Virtual Machine is no longer supported.
