MS version doesn't find spyware

I am an AOL user and ran the AOL anti-spyware at the same
time as the MS-BETA version. The AOL one found 7 items,
the MS version didn't find any.

Exactly what was missed?
Microsoft AntiSpyware is not intended to detect cookies in this version.
