After I go to Windows Updates or install the updates that
come to my Win XP Home, HP ze5270 laptop, I suddenly
loose the ability to right-click on START and access
Explorer menu...prior to installing these updates it
works fine as it should. What is wrong as many of these
are security related updates that I expect I need. Please
help! Were it not for System Restore, I'd be ruined!
Twice I've had to reinstall Win XP to fix this problem
(when I'd made too many changes and the prior system
saves weren't accepted). Thank you.
