MS Update Device Driver - New Error

I just updated my computer from MS Update site and upon
reboot received the following error message

\SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\TSISTRM.sys device driver
could not be loaded. Error status was 0xc0000034

The package I updated with was off97vpk. Is this just a
display driver and is there anything that I need to do
(already reset my display parameters).

Off97vpk is the MS Office 97 Value Pack. No display drivers here...just
add-ons to MS Offcie 97.
