MS suggestion box is where?

I previously asked about commenting in SQL query view, to
which many replied it's not possible.

One suggested making putting this in the suggestion box,
but I don't know where to find it.

Plz provide path. And since so many repies said that this
would be a good option to have, let's ALL OF US let MS
know that this a feature that really should come standard!
