Is the ms spyware program compatible with other spyware?

(Seems like an obvious question that MS hasn't addressed--
at least I haven't seen where they have.).

Is the ms spyware program compatible with other spyware?

The answer of course is - it is not, as it is designed to figth with
spyware ;-)
It looks like you are mistaken with the terms antispyware and spyware, I'm
affraid. So the answer for the question "is the MS ANTIspyware program
compatible with other ANTIspyware?" should be - mostly yes, with the
exception of the same originated Counterspy by Sunbelt Software, as I have
heared.

Please! ANTI spyware! Got it now!

If you knew as much as you thought you know,
You would realize that you don't know what you thought you knew!

In the case of other AntiSpyware Programs, I would only
load and run one at a time. Why have several Antispyware
programs running at the same time? Maybe thats why so
many people are having problems with their computers and
programs, i.e., runing more than one utility at the same
time such as, (double firewalls, double antispyware,
double spam blockers, 3 or 4 popup blockers, and so on).
I am not saying you should not have more than one utility
to perform these needed and useful tasks, but only load
and run One at a time.

Do you open and drink two bottles of beer at the same
time? Eh well, maybe some of you do.

FWIW, the current product help file states that there are no known issues
with any antispyware or antivirus application in normal program operation.
I believe they recommend disabling one or both of those during the
installation phase.

==> Hi rico, I beta test for Counterspy and we had just that question
today.
MSAS is compatible with CounterSpy 1.029 except when it comes to
uninstall. Uninstall will require unstall of both.

Thanks!
